Tall with huge legs. Options for lowering footpegs and overstuffing seat

Hi I'm 6'2" and over 300lbs. I've got huge legs and have had eight knee surgeries from sports injuries. My right leg has trouble with pain when bent too far. I've found I need to get a little more room to comfortably ride my 2005 Katana 600. Anyone know any footpeg lowering options as well as raising the height of seat foam? I think if I could get two or three inches it would make a world of difference in my comfort. Also, are the shift and brake levers adjustable?

the potentially tricky part with lowering the pegs would be lowering shifter/brake as well. definitely something a machine shop could help with if you bring in the design for them. or even a backyard mechanic.. as for the seat, fairly easy DIY for cheap.. where there's a will, there's a way
