WV has inspections, but it's >$10

Then again, some of the inspections I have been to consisted of "Whelp, ya drove it on in here didnja? Here's yer sticker..."

today, i was able to re-wire the old assembly, so come april, i'll be hitting the road with all of my safety features.

* and the reason Pa has inspections is that they need all that money to keep our roads in such great shape... :^o

heard that, we arent nationally known for our roads for nothing...
