What size are the bars on an '01 Kat 750?

I've put on some different grips and they fit a slightly larger in diameter bar. I need to make some kind of spacer.

Ha Ha. The grip grue is supposed to be very strong however according to the instructions it sets up in the absence of air. So the slightly larger grip must be keeping it from setting up as firmly? Had no problem with the throttle side. The sleeve I guess takes up the extra space.

Use hair spray.. Spray the grip with hair spray then slide it on, the hair spray evaporates after a day and voila.. Your grip sticks in place and it doesn't cost you anything other than explaining why you are taking some of your girls hygene products outside
