I have the great pleasure of putting up with the street racers across the street every Saturday night they are at the McDonalds.

When I was in Oklohoma a few years ago I saw alot of Ford cobras and GT's on 14" spokes . What a waste of a car.

EXACTLY ! I have an escort wagon , and I thought about plastering a bunch of Neuspeed stickers on it and a big dumb wing just to see what would happen ! There are certain cars that it's ok to try to soup-up , and there are others that really just shouldn't be bothered with . I like my car , but I know it ain't fast OR furious .
I think we're definitly all on the same page here.

I call the cars with the small wheels sticking out of the fenders Remote Controll Cars. They just do not know the effects they put on the steering of the car. The tierods can only take some much of that.

The other thing I find funny is the people that take the older cars and put 20 inch rims and tires on them. They sit like tiwce the orginal height and they still lay down in the seat to where they can not see over the steering wheel. The sad thing is they keep the stock brakes and calipers. This does not give them the same stopping power has when they they had the stock rim size on the cage. Now they are some squids in cages.

yeah yeah yeah. i like sport compacts....and yes there are some redneck sport compacts out there. as far as Neuspeed, those are normally found on German cars, but they are making stuff for other cars now. I don't know how you guys can sit here and degrade these cars when i'm sure your parents did the same to you guys. it's like the "HOG" guys making fun of our little rice burner bikes. not going any further. just going to leave it at that.

Well , my point was that they've taken a very "un-sporty" car and tried to make it look cool , when they could've bought something alot more useful , like say new tires (yeah , nothing says cool like a big dumb wing , fsrt can , and STOCK wheel/tires) . If you have a decent car to start out with , then by all means , have at it . But an Escort and cars like it should not be done like that , it's not worth it . Not unless you wanna dump all kinds of cash into to REALLY make it cool .
I am a fluffy lil cuddly lovable bunny , dammit !
