I always thought they looked cool....
Never thought I'd ever do one!

    Cold tires+quick lane change+twist of the wrist=

    Lesson learned....
Luckily I was cool and easy with the throttle, didn't grab any clutch.
I hope I remember to look on the way home to see if I left a black snake on the road.. Ummm no dark marks anywhere else luckily

Now add a little front brake in there, and you can play a game I call "keep the back tire behind the front tire"

I guess I'm just not used to the cold tire thing..
Sure I would "warm them up" before railing but never lost traction like this before. Well with the Macadam all the time..

that bridgestone battle-ax i had would do that quite a bit, but it was near the end of it's useful life. i've done it once with my diablo strada, but the tires were cold and it was on a road that is pretty slick as it is. it was a bit unnerving.

Me too! Oh wait, we're talking about motorcycles aren't we!

The Macadams do it all the time with a smaller front sproket. I can't wait to wear these tires out so I can buy something with more grip.

It's gotta be scary with all that power on tap! I know I've had a few moments like this in the wet clicking from 2-3 and 3-4, but I've been lucky enough to keep it hooked up when it's nice out! I can't imagine having that sudden power when the turbo spools...I'd probably crap myself!
