  • 1st Service?

    Hey Guys,

Well I'm getting close to the amount of milage needed for my first service. So I stop into the shop to book a time. Turns out they can't service me until August 16th.

With the amount I ride I'll be up in the 1500-1600 Km's by then (930 - 990 Miles) Is it really important to get the service done as close to the stated mileage or is it ok for me to still ride until the 16th?

I personally don't think the extra 300 miles make a hoot of difference. I would change the oil and filter yourself at 600 miles, but save the valve check and other stuff until you take it in.

That's what I was thinking. I just discovered there's cheaper Suzuki places around my town that will do it. I need to call them to figure out if they have any time. Definatley riding season here though.
