  • Valve cover 1991 1100 f

Hello, I am having proplem getting the valve cover off and out of my bike.
The bike is GSX 1100 F 1991. Have taken the carbs off, the cover is lose
but there is not space to take the cover back off the engine. I can not lift the cover enough to draw it back. Any info will be good.
    My best regards from Iceland.

It's not super easy, but it does come off. takes lots of patience, a little cursing, and tons of wiggling back and forth.

Did you remove the cross member that the fuel tank sits on? The throttle cable make it difficult also - I just disconnect it from the carbs. (not very easy to reconnect that later...but oh well)

Yup, the cross member makes life grand when you remove it.
