Can't decide on exhaust. PLEASE HELP

I am ordering a new 4-1 system tonight after work for my bike. 1991 Katana 1100. I have only found 2 systems available. 1st is Vance & Hines SSR2, 2nd is D&D.
I know the V&H is a good system...a guy I ride with has it on his 750.
I have next to no experience with D&D but I know of them and that they are decent, however I hear they are obnoxiously loud. But, they do have an optional "Street core" packing which would reduce the dbl's by 3 or 4.

Any thoughts?

i have D&D and love it, yea its loud but not obnoxiously loud, lol but i guess to others it usually is

Goto ebay and search Katana 1100 exhaust, it's the only one that comes up. It's from Starcycle in California. Ranges from $427 to $608 depending on what you want.
