  • GSXR 1000 Exhaust

Got a chance to pickup a full exhaust from an 03 GSXR1000. I read here somewhere that they can be made to fit by spreading the headers but the mid pipe won't fit. Any info on fitting these?

With the right tools you could make anything fit.
My carbon foot print is bigger than yours.

TIP....get the header to bolt up to the engine, then mount the cannister where you want it. and feel free to put it as far ahead or as far back as you like....or even at the angle you like. then when those two things are in place, just trailer the bike to a local muffler shop and they can fit you with a mid-pipe in no time. for the short length required, should not cost you more than $25-30 at most.
I don't have a short temper. I just have a quick reaction to bullshit.
