Transmission Shift Improvement Kit??

I was looking at factory pro's website and saw that they sell a transmission shift improvement kit. What exactly does this kit consist of and does anybody have any experience with this kit? Is it worth it?

I don't have hit but I read it about a long time ago and I am pretty sure that it is just a stiffer spring. It might give better shifter feedback, but that is about it.
I run good synthetic in my bike and have complaints about the shifting quality.
