Looks like it will - all the bolt holes are in the right spots, and the shape is right.
Ask the seller about the 2 screws on the inside, are they stripped or messed up ??

88-93 are the same basic engine

I think it will fit. just remember that 86-88 gsx-r 1100's had the 1054cc engine. 89-92 used the 1127.
in 88, the kat used the 1127, the gixxer the 1054.

if I am not mistaken, the covers on the 1054 are the same as the 1127, but I can not confirm this as I don't have any 1054 experience.

Should work....are you wanting to go hydraulic with your clutch? I'm probably going to convert my bandit motor over to cable operated and I'll have the cover/lines/perch/master available.

my clutch is already hydro, the cover is busted on the top though so I wanted to replace it
