Before getting new grips, something else you can try is to fill the bars with lead shot, that helps a lot. Just pop the end caps off (the part that points to the key area) and fill them up!!!

Plus you can pull out the bar end at speed and
get those tail gaters off your back!!

I used something on my old Honda that was called "bar snake" or something.. It was a two part liquid you
mixed up and poured into the bar.
        (old school type bar)

        It set up like rubber..
        Worked pretty good..

A rubber type caulking could be used also.

            On short kat bars yes..
The cool thing about this stuff was that it was quite thin when poured in..
            No bubbles or voids..

Pro grips work great and many of us have them here. Also spyder grips are all the rage now too. And dont forget a good pair of gloves goes a long way too.

I got the spider grips off of ebay myself. A nice gel feel. Only around 17 shipped and they looked diffferent.

I had a set on my TLR, hated them. I didn't find them to be any more comfortable than other gel type grips and they wear terribly. Mine looked like trash within 500 miles. The raised bumps were completely worn away in spots in less then 1000 miles.

                    Overpriced junk, IMO.
