  • Tested the Macadams (again).

Well, the wrecked Kat I bought had the tires BRAND new (Macadams 100X), and IŽm right now without job, I cant test the PirelliŽs Diablo/Strada as I wanted. I have rode before two sets of Macadams, and I wasnt too much dissapoinment with them, but then, I tested the Bridgestone BT010/BT020 combo... The BT are way more sticky than the Macadams, they get the functionally temp faster and the last set has long more of 21000 km to me!!!
In the other hand, Macadams have enough grip, but they slides a lot (at leats they slides very nicely). And in wet conditions, they are s#it!! They need more time to get a good work temp, and loose it faster too!
Well, a nice grupo rodeto our favourie road (near to 500 km ride go and back):
My friends Javo SV 650, he is faster and faster, weŽll do a track day this winter:

Those shots are after we down the mountain (half of the ride):

There were a few corners with wet sections, and they scared me a lot!
The 600 RR guy is a rookie, but he didnt bad at all.

The Fazer 600 bud isnt a rookie at all, but he still cant lean the bike all the way, he still lean his body more than the bike!

Here its the front tire before we ride up the mountain, no chicken strips yet!

The rear stll has a few milimeters:

Then, we rode up to the mountain, and the wet sections dissapear
(mostly). I enjoyed more riding up. Michelin logo, erased!
    Front:

Rear, still chicken strips, but logo erased as well:

I still scrape my knee in a pair of right corners:

BTW, as soon as I can do it, I would like to test the Pirelli Diablo/Strada Combo.
    PICSSSS!!!!

Yes, 160/60, they will fit better than the dunlop d208 did. I will have pics as soon as I get the tire mounted. Along with popping the old tire.
