Just a few pics from our ride. It was my brother in law's first all day ride, so we made him go all 300 miles!!!
My buddy was 2-up with his son on his VStrom 1000 and since my bro is still getting the feel for the Kat, we took it easy on him. But, he did surprisingly well. I was sweeping most the time and caught him trailbraking waaay too deep into corners and not taking the right line into a blind curve. In the end, noone wrecked and a good time was had by all.

And yes...it was FRICKIN' HOT!!!! And my mesh pant had not arrived yet. So jeans it was. Temps were +105 around Coalinga.
