I believe its before-white paint, after-new paint clean grey(very nice btw) then random pic of crazy stunt bike also in the garage. lol And that is indeed some crazy sprocket on that thing!

Syphrus hit the nail on the head. white is before, grey is after, the last photos are the 'other' bike.
