Kandy does NOT come in a spray can.....what makes you say he didnt remove the rubber nuts?

He never said the frame was Candy, and one rubber nut is silver the other half and half.. Both are silver on the other side.
I'm not trying to nit pick, but it is the little things,
that make me wonder about the whole package..
It takes 4 minutes to pull those out of the frame.
Also the frame brace under the tank apears to be missing.
