Well after 3 months of my bike being in pieces in my garage it's finally back together. 250lb spring on the rear shock, recharged and fresh oil in the remote reservoir, progressive springs up front and heavier oil, new rotors, gas tank sandblasted and relined (it was leaking and I couldn't find a used one that was worth buying), valves were just done, and of course the ghetto paint job (tremclad special) I kinda like the flat black no decals look. I have a full set of decals here but after getting the wife a new bike and putting some money into the old VFR the paint will have to wait. Took it out today and it's running awesome. 88,000km on the odo now so I'm hoping to put it back to 00,000km before the season is out.

Actually it's a 1986 VFR750
It's weird cause it turns alot of heads. Mostly cause people are wondering what the heck it is lol.
As for the old school Kat you mean this one? I still talk to the guy that bought it. He's very happy with it. I'm hoping to hook up with him for a few rides this season.
