Good leather jacket under $300?

Is there one? I'd like to get one for fall/winter. Also, is perforated leather any good in the cold?

You can get lot's on Ebay for under $300 if you shop around.

I have perforated pants and they are great, one thing to remember with perforated jackets and such if it does get to cold a wind breaker overtop will do wonders.

Look for closeouts . I got my Technic Prowler for about $100 . Perf'd leather , has a zip-out liner to HELP in the cold . When it's ACTUALLY cold , I put on a windbreaker-type jacket over that one . I'm okay down to about 30-35 with long-johns , sweatshirst , riding jacket , and winderbreaker jacket .
