Is there a jacket out there that is wider and longer at the bottom. I don't like the matador look all that well.

Yes, but most of them are designed for colder weather use (where the longer cut provides heat benefits). Most riding jackets are designed specifically for comfort in a seated racing tuck style position. Women's jackets tend to be even higher-cut...
My advice:
Visit more dealerships and accessory shops. Try on different brands to get a better feel for which model jacket fits the way you want. Perhaps make a day of it and visit all the dealerships/accessory shops within a certain distance of home...

Yeah, most of your jackets are made to stop at the waist for comfort as well as protection. Check out new enough, they have alot of specials on jackets right now.
