    i was never a big fan of the multicolored riding boots. I have joe rockets, but they are all black. that wasy I dont feel like a spaceman, and I can get off the bike and walk into a store without feeling like a wierdo

      Yeah, all black is good for me also. My JR Ballistic is all black.

        Well , I'd think just about ANY actual motorcycle boots would be better for ya than sneakers or steel-toes .
        I am a fluffy lil cuddly lovable bunny , dammit !

          I used to wear whrestling shoes, that was in the 80's. lol

            Thaz, get what you'll wear. If they are too exotic to wear everyday then you probably won't wear them every day. I have a pair of Diadoras and they are black with white writing. Another friend of mine has red Teknics but wears them every day. Protect yourself and don't worry about the fashion.

                Not at all worried about fashion. I am more so worried about protection of my ankles and lower legs. I have checked out some reviews and they say the sport tour boot is actually more confortable to wear and walk in. I do like the Diadoras.

                      Try these SIDI ones. I have them and like them a lot:

                      The best thing is that all the bits you are likely to scrape off are replacable. That means that although the boots are expensive, if you come off or are good at riding and scrape your boots while cornering, you can just replace the worn bits and keep the comfy boots.

                      Oh, and I have the black ones.

                        I like those, I will have to go and check them out. I bit pricey though for my budget.

                            I completely understand that but I don't have that in the budget! Maybe I can sweet talk the wife into helping with the cost?.
