From the video game Forza Motorsport, I can say that I know most of that track pretty dang well... I would love to see how much of it transfers to actual track riding though... Probably not much but at least I'd have the reserve confidence in knowing where the track goes...
For instance the long downhill straight that ends in the left right chicane that leads to an uphill sweeping right and then another right onto the start/finish line...

God I wish there was a videogame track nearby...

oh yeah, nice video and riding, as usual..

I have heard that not much transfers over except the track layout. You know where you are going, just not sure how to get there so to speak!

What all does it take to be able to go to a track? Special gear? Mods to the bike (safetywise)? How much did it cost for the day?

                    Thanks

Track? Typical registration costs depend on the track and can be from $100 to $250. Gear is full leathers and most organizations require a back protector as well. Gloves and boots of course.

Bike? Remove mirrors, tag, and tape up lights. That's about it for the most part.
