New smoked led brake light assembly

Hello I just received my new brake light assembly and it has integrated blinkers inside. Do I just take the wiring from the old blinkers and wire it to that ad remove the blinkers that stick out on both sides? I'm thinking it would look much cleaner than leaving them on and having 2 blinkers lmao :/. Opinions please

I used the stock signals with the integrated signals. gives more for the cagers to ignore.
