Headlight for my fighter

Hey guys, Im trying to gather some intel on everything I need to get Bi-Xenon projectors running on my streetfighter project. I was looking for everything to be under $200 total, integrated angel eyes(white, or blue), and a buld that puts out more white light than a bluish tint.

I'm not looking to retrofit these projectors, and I know how some feel about keeping them out for the weather, but I plan on encasing them at some point and keeping any water away from them.

Im assuming the 35W, 6000K bulb is the best way to go for bright whites... So what should I be looking for when I buy a kit?
Would this be everything that I need?

no, not 6K. That's a lot more blue than the pictures describe. I'd go 5K or 4300K from the description in that link. if you want white.
