So after around putting 100 miles on my bike after cleaning (dipping the carbs) and putting in a jet kit the bike now has a bog after going 70mph for a while.
I'm wondering what would've caused this? Before it would roar through the rpm range. It only seems to do it after I've gone 65-75 for a while. Hitting high rpms in 2,3,4 gear is no problem. Only bogs at higher speeds. It's not major, I'm still very able to continue going the speed limit or accelerate faster. It just doesn't feel as powerful as it was before it started happening. Any suggestions?
BTW I haven't changed anything to the bike in the 100 miles. I can remember it starting after I took the bike over 100mph for the first time. Also I'm not quite sure if the correct word for this is hesitation or bogging. It will go faster, it's just not immediate like before. If I slowly roll the throttle it will work its way out of it and go faster.
