Guide or video on how to sync carbs?

Is there a guide anywhere on how to sync carbs on an 89 GSX750F? I've done it on other bikes, but I'm not sure that I've got my hoses connected to the right ports (the ones on top of the diaphragm cover), nor do I know which carb to treat as the baseline.

Your hoses are correct. Carb 3 is the goto for matching the tool.
