Any tips on installing the airbox for a 97 600. The bike i got did not have one off purchased one off ebay, i know its the right one I just can't figure out how to get it to slip on. Is it easier to take out the carbs put them on the airbox and than on the bike? Any tips would be great.
    Thanks

Can be a pain.... remove the air filter and push from inside.

Yup. Pull air filter, slide carbs on with other hand inside the air box, tighten down, then install carbs and air box as one piece into the intake. It's easier if you remove the rear tank bracket too.
