I have a 03 750 i am having issues where it starts misfiring at 5k RPM's. i have checked the anything rubber any hoses made sure they were tight i have drained the fuel tank and refilled it just in case of water i unplugged the tps just incase it was faulty and it is fully carbureted idk what else to look for or check

Is it the same rpm always, no matter temp, speed, or gear?

yes the same no matter what gear if it throttles over 5k its missing( except on idle i dont know maybe i cant hear it when i rev it up in neutral)Last edited by BlackKat25; 10-16-2016, 08:21 PM.Comment

My thoughts -the most likely issue is going to the be Ignition Control Module. Unfortunately there is no way to test it, other than swapping with a known good one.
