Is there a standard carb rebuild kit I can order for a '94 600? While the floats & jets are fine and everything came off the bike looking super clean (there's next to no cleaning to do on this one surprisingly), pretty much every seal, gasket, and hose from the carbs are shot. Instead of piecing together every little part I was hoping there would be a complete seal and gasket kit...

It's actually 4 fuel T seals. You only need them if you're separating the carbs. By the "there's next to no cleaning to do on this one surprisingly", I kind of doubt you're going to do that. You only need to replace the sync port caps if they are cracked/dry rotted.

Then I started working with A&Ps on airplanes. They don't replace *anything* unless it's down to wear limits/looks bad. They all even reuse cotter pins as long as they're still flexible! I started doing the same practice on my car and realized how much money I'd been wasting... My experience since then is even that the simple "replace 2 headlights at the same time because if one fails the other is about to" is wrong, nevermind more complex (and labor expensive) issues like wheel bearings!

It's astounding how clean it is too. Seriously, other than these bad seals/gaskets so far, the surfaces are all super clean. As in "could pass for new". Carbs had not been touched since I got it and it was sitting for 2 years unused out in a yard before then. I did 3 years of riding, but I do Seafoam it at the beginning of each season.

Well, guess I'm off to my LBS next chance I get... Tried to order the kit as listed online, but my credit card is being rejected. Stupid Visa, they periodically reject legit parts I'm trying to buy, but when my card number is stolen and used at an Escort Service on the other side of the country, THAT they let go through. Argh.
