What part is this and where does it go?

Where does this part go?

I took it off when I was replacing a broken clutch push rod under the sprocket cover. I'm not sure if it was outside the sprocket cover or under it. But I can't figure out where or what it's purpose is. The brass part is threaded, the other hole is not.

It sits on the outside of the cover at the top. Don't remember if it's right or left side though, but pretty sure it's right

Yup, looks like a motor mount bracket....
