Jingling noise from front end

When I bought this '06 Katana 750 it did not make this sound. It only has 9,000 miles on it but has recently developed a "jiggle" noise at idle and part throttle. Does not matter if moving or not, happens in all gears. It is coming from the front near the horn area. Sounds just like keys against top triple clamp. I can't find anything loose?
