The carburetors need a more thorough cleaning then seafoam.

My 96 katana 600 when ever i accelerating between 3.5and 5k rpm the engine doesnt seem to go then all of a sudden it just starts to blast off and when im on the highway it pulses. Feels like as if i was leti g off the gas and then putting it back on any ideas what it could be new plugs in it flushed the fuel system and put a lil seafoam in the tank made no difference. Idle is fine and when i rev in neutral no problems.
