  • oring sizes for carb float

I need some new orings on my carb float. There is a larger one that seals around the fuel inlet tube and a smaller one that seals around the choke pickup circuit. I found some older info here on the site that said:

    All sizes are in mm.

Emulsion tube (really the slide guide): 1.3 X 11 (Can use a #7 o-ring from the hardware store)
    Float #1 (valve): 1.5 X 7
    Float #2: 1 X 5
    Vacuum port (synch port): 1 x 4
    A/F Screw: 1 x 3
I got these but the smaller oring, listed as float #2 is not right. CS too small.Does anyone have the proper sizes please.

So I found and ordered the proper sizes and thought I would post the info for future reference.

Found the part Suzuki part numbers online and found they were $3 and $4 dollars each. Eight orings required to do all four floats, so about $30. Crazy. Then I found this post, on another forum online.

    They are.

    small orings - Suzuki P/N 13374-46710
    large orings -Suzuki P/N 13374-35C00

or if you dont have a Suzuki shop nearby, order directly from McMaster Carr, they come in a pack of 25 for dirt cheap.

I think you need viton orings for gas contact. Not standard orings at the hardware store.
