Factory settings for suspension 1994 gsx600f
The fella I bought this bike off was a bit of a twit messed about with all sorts just want to reset things before I try diagnosis on the old girl

The factory suspension setting on a stock Katana suspension are kind of non existent. To fit the Katana into the price point that Suzuki wanted, they had to cut a few corners. The stock suspension was one of them. It blows, big time. No matter what "settings" you "adjust" the suspension to, it's not going to be any better. All you can do is upgrade it. Racetech is the way to go. New fork springs for your weight. Cartridge emulators. You can use a 98-06 Katana 750 rear shock, and have it re sprung and add Racetech gold valving. As far as "settings", there isn't anything I can tell you to do. Those clicky things on top of the forks are only good for something to do at stop lights.
