Ok...it's time to adjust valve lash. My question is, do I adjust to OEM or specs from the manufacturer of the new cams that are in?

OEM, it shouldn't be that much of a difference. When in doubt, call the builder..

The valve clearances don't change. Just the cam lobe height and lift duration.

Okie dokie, thanks for they replies. Turns out I misheard and I have a few more thousand miles before it is time to make adjustments. I swear I remember them saying 1400-2000ish for the initial after break in, but they want to do it at about 6000-7000 miles. They also clarified that OEM is in mm and cam is inches, so they come out to near the same measurement.
