  • HELLLLLPPPP!!!!! Clutch Problem

I have a sudden clutch problem. My clutch is no longer disengaging the transmission. I have tried adjusting at the handlebar both in and out and it made it worse. Please Help

    Year, model, miles?
Recent oil change, brand and type? Current oil level?
What gear is it stuck in?

Probably: Clutch cable snapped or shealth is split. Is the control really easy to squeeze compared to before? Have you taken out the cable to check it?

Other possiblities: Clutch plates have worn beyond their limits, clutch spring gave, pivot bearing for the clutch cable connection at the tranny out of place or defective/stuck.

    Good Luck!

It's a 93 27k miles, I just bought it like 2 months ago so I have not changed the oil. Level is fine and yes the cable is really easy to pull.

Remove the fairing and cable. Check the cable. Sounds 100% like the cable broke.

Change the oil while you're at it.

          Cheers
