  • Weird sounds when braking...

    Hey guys,

I just noticed last night that when I brake using the front, I get a sound that's hard to describe, but it goes a little something like this "zezzzzzzz".

Is this normal, or is there something I should be checking over on my brakes?

Sounded a little weird to me, and it isn't all that noticable (gotta have face shield up to hear it), but it made me a little concerned.

    Any ideas?

Perfectly normal. That's just the way disc breaks sound. normally there is too much noise from other things to hear them.

It's normal. It's the pads rubbing on the rotors. Most don't hear it because their bikes are too loud. Happens on pre and post Kats.
