They're on the bottom of the carbs under a little round plug . You'll have to remove the plug to get at 'em if it hasn't been removed alreay . They're just outside the float bowl at the engine side of the carbs . You can drill it out (careful) , or stick a self-tapping sheet-metal screw into the plug and yank it out .
