Header hitting oilpan?

In jackal's post bout his exhaust bucktana said the header will hit the oilpan. Is thiss the case with all aftermarket headers or whats the deal? How do you get around this if its true?

A 98+ header will hit on the oil pan of a pre98.

If you own a 98+ no problem..

If you own a pre98 you just install a 98+ oil pan on your pre98..
