Hello all...I have a 94 Kat and it seems to have some sort of vaccum leak or jet problem because it stumbles on acceleration...Also at a stop the idle is either really low or it just stalls out...I originally thought is was a combo of plugs/plug wires but I am thinknig vaccum now...If anyone has had similar trouble and knows what my next step should be i would greatly appreciate it...Oh and also it only seems to stumble badly once the bike has warmed up and I am out on the road...Like I said just a constant throttle and I can hear it missing and feel the hesitation...Thanks again

use wd 40 to check for a air leak and clean and sync carbs if that might be the issue.TDA Racing/Motorsports

Turn the bike on, and spray WD-40 around the carb boots (the part that mounts from the carbs to the engine) if the engine speeds up, you have a vaccum leak there.
Did this start since getting the carbs back? Maybe he missed putting a o-ring somewhere.
Spray the wd-40 around the nipples and stuff of the carbs as well and get back to us.Kan-O-Gixxer!

This may be a stupid question....is the gas that you're using ok? Has the bike sat for a while?
Just thoughts.
