oem jets with slide correctors

i finally got my bike running decent put my old carbs back on after fixing the floats but now i'm wondering if i can put 1 or both of my slide correctors from my other carbs in them to make my slides lift faster for better acceleration. any insight would be appreciated. thanks, corey
