  • Hurray.. I've got a leak

Found a leak at where the oil cooler line attaches to the block. No it's not the oil filter. Whats the best way of going about fixing this.

If your looking at the headlights it's comming from the left one.

Unbolt the line and put a new gasket on it-then torque it down- check bikebandit.com for the part or a local shop

Don't the 600's have "O" rings on the oil lines like the 750's?

        Yes...

I would clean/inspect the oring first.. if it looks mishapen, then replace.

I poured spot remover on my dog. Now he's gone.

Just a simple R&Ring of the crush washer and torque it down properly. A little bit of oil will come out from what's in the line so have a rug or oil pan to catch it.
