  • DynoJet kit

I see a lot of posts about the DynoJet kits. Are they really that bad? I just purchased it and now I am thinking about returning it. I also got a Yoshi RS-3 slip on. Do I need to rejet the carbs before installing or can I wait?

you dont HAVE to rejet for the slip on..but it wouldnt hurt anything if you did.

Yup, no need to rejet with a slip on.

Some people have good luck with the DJ kits and light mods. Seems that once you start really messing with it that the needle taper is less than ideal for fueling across the rpm range.

That said, I had one in my Kat and it was fine

Thank you for the help there. I will have to think about the DynoJet kit.. at least I can install the slip on. But I should rejet before installing the K&N air filter?

ok, you read everything about the DynoJunk kit which is kinda bad, aka not the best. Yet you missed EVERYTHING about K&N which is REALLY bad.

You should smack yourself before installing it and then return it.
