Is this a dead spot or is this normal?

Also i was thinking of replacing the can only on this bike with a smaller can will i need to jet it?
I will be using the orig header and mid pipe.

My 90 kat is kind of like that...i noticed it pulls harder thru bottom end if u just roll into the throttle instead of just opening it wide open...but after u tach it up a bit it desnt matter it pulls great...lol...Do my carbs need adjusted..? bc thats what im thinkin.

if you keep the headers and mid pipe you wont need to adjust anything.
