Oil change time

What is the best oil and filter to run on my new baby. It looks pretty dark and has a light smell of GAS in it. DO you run synthetic?

I run Castrol GPS synthetic blend, and K&N oil filter.

There a ton of Synthetic oils on the market.

It doesn't matter what you ride, as long as you ride.

I've had good results with Mobile 1. I've used genuine Suzuki filters but currently use Purolator.
