Reinstalling fuel tank

Reinstalling the fuel tank on my 98 600... there is suppose to be two unconneced vaccume hoses from the carbs right?

I can't seem to find the breather hose to connect to the fuel tank.. where is this hose comming from?

There are two very long hoses from the carbs that route up over the airbox and end right by the intake for the air filter. These two hoses are overflow-routing in case you spill the bike, and also let air in/out of the float bowls as the gas levels go up/down. Since they are so long, they let the same air move back-n-forth, so filtering that air isn't an issue (and any vapors they push out will be sucked into the air filter to be re-burned).

Breather hose (aka rain-drain) for the tank routes from the right rider's footpeg area up to the underside of the tank.
