Throttle cables problem..

Basically I got a 98 katana and I can't get both the throttle cables on.. see thread for pictures.

are your cables switched? or are they interchangeable?

I dont think they are switched?

Are they switchable?
I mean from the throttle pulley end, they are unique since one threads into the housing and the other gets screwed on with a screw.
