Another float question

Just out of curiosity, what are the symptoms of improper float height? Both too high and too low.

Well, too low and fuel spills out through the airbox sides of the carbs, too high and you'll lean out in the low-mid range is my understanding. I believe you can also run rich in the midrange if its too low but not overflowing.

It may also cause fuel to come out of the vent line if they are too high, but I haven't been able to confirm this yet.
