After cleaning the carbs, having idle trouble

Well the carbs were cleaned, and the bike runs soo much better, however my idle is rather jumpy.

I have adjusted the throttle stop screw to maintain an idle of 1300, but at a light, it raises and lowers +/- 200rpms.

Can this be an ignition related problem?
Carbs need to be synched?

If you just cleaned them, then they have to be synced...and that's probably your problem. Let us know how it goes.. BTW your Kat looks SICK!
