what's the best way 2 clean radiator?

while changing the oil on my bike i happen to notice all the biuldup on my radiator. and being unsure as to what's the best way to clean it, i'd figured i ask ya'll.

If it's oil use a degreaser, I usually only rinse the bike with a bucket, or I also like to use a plant sprayer, the big kind like exterminators use..

Simple Green, a SOFT brush, & a sprayer like Peter recommended or a spray nozzle on your garden hose but NOT a lot of pressure! It isn't hard to bend the fins with too much water pressure & the wrong angle. Ray.

a decent cleaning agent like simple green and a garden hose will clean it well enough
