  • Spark Plugs

I've tried the search option with no results.

Should I go with the CR8EK plugs, or go with the idirium? Not much difference in price. So which one is better? I have a 2006 Kat 600.
2006 Kat 600 (My "cruiser"), 2008 R6 ("Play bike"). Love em both.

The idirium ones burn hotter. Unless you are racing no need to go with them unless you just want to.

Supposedly iridiums are better when there's an issue with fouling . I didn't find them all that helpful with MY issues . I say "pass" .

The way I understand it, the Irridium plugs get up to the temperature where they burn off fouling much earlier. So if you're taking shorter trips, fouling plugs in the process if you don't get them up to temp, then the irridiums seem to be the better choice.
